Updating your resume

Mar 20 2009

I won the state level top rank in mathematics examination at school.

I bagged the best out-going student award at school.

School. Uh? After a few years, you will have to remove those lines from your resume.

Make sure that you give an awesome performance today so that you can replace those lines from the past with comparable or even better lines from the present.

Excellent thought :D Yes it’s definitely important to constantly do excellent things, rather than sitting back pointing to things you did once upon a time. Very nice advice.

Resume’s should sell your ability, skills and everything about yourself. Its just okay to boast your “medals” wayback the centuries but don’t write it bold. The abilities should stand out.
